HOW IT WORKS

  • 1. Initial Enquiry

    Drop me a line using the form below and let me know what you’re looking for. You may have seen one of my existing designs that you’d like to use or let me know if you’d like the bespoke option.

    Give me as much detail as possible in terms of what stationery you’re wanting to order so that I can get a clear idea of what you’d like me to create for you.

  • 2. Personalised Quote

    For semi-custom orders, once I know what you’re looking to order and the quantities for each option, I’ll send you a quote detailing the cost of your stationery.

    If you’re looking to order Bespoke Stationery then I will arrange a video call with you to discuss the details for your big day. I’ll be asking for your colour inspirations and any meaningful things you’d like to be factored into the design before putting together a no-obligation quote for you.

  • 3. Deposit & Contract

    Once we’ve finalised all the details, I’ll send through a contract for you which you’ll need to sign and send back to me to secure your booking.

    I will also ask for a £45 deposit to be paid before I start work on your designs. This amount is then deducted from the final amount owing once the stationery designs have been finalised.

  • 4. Design & Proofs

    This is where the fun begins! I’ll get to work on creating your stationery for you. I will send over a digital proof for you to have a look at. If you’re ordering completely bespoke stationery then I’ll send two designs for you to choose from.

    I include up to three rounds of revisions in the original quote, if you require any further changes to be made or find yourself needing a last minute change then these are charged at £35 per hour.

  • 5. Print & Delivery

    Once you’ve checked over and approved the designs, I’ll get them all print-ready and sent off to the printers!

    The final payment will be due before your stationery goes off to print and I will be able to give you an estimated delivery date. To keep things easy, I’ll organise for the stationery to be send straight from the printers to your door.

    Your stationery will then be printed and shipped to you ready for your big day!

  • I create everything from invitations and save-the-dates to menus, signage, thank you cards, venue illustrations, and even handwritten calligraphy place cards. If it sets the tone for your big day or adds a thoughtful touch, it’s probably something I do.

  • Yes! You’ve got a few options depending on what you're looking for:

    • Custom – Designed completely from scratch to match your vision.

    • Semi-Custom – Choose a design you love and I’ll personalise it with your details.

  • Definitely, I will handle the printing for you and send you your stationery once it’s ready. This is outsourced to a professional printing company. Printed orders are packaged and shipped straight to you.

  • You will be sent digital proofs of your designs only, I am unable to provide a printed version of your stationery as a sample. I can however provide sample papers on request so you can see the finish of the different paper finishes available or I can send samples of previous stationery I have done if you’d like to get a feel for the quality of the final product.

  • Super easy - just reach out through my contact form below. From there, I’ll walk you through every step of the process.

  • Unfortunately my semi-custom and bespoke wedding stationery services are only available to UK customers at this time.

  • Generally, I will send you the stationery as individual items for you to compile yourselves before putting into envelopes and sending to your guests. I can do this for you but it would incur an additional charge, price is available on request.

  • I like to keep my stationery really simple so currently don’t offer extras such a wax seals or belly bands as standard. However these extras can be available in my fully bespoke option and would be quoted for based on your requirements.

  • This depends on the type of order:

    • Custom: around 6–8 weeks from initial enquiry

    • Semi-custom: 4–6 weeks

  • Yes! I offer handwritten calligraphy for place cards, envelopes, and signage. It’s a lovely detail that really brings everything together.

  • I understand that last minute changes happen. You’ll get digital proofs before anything goes to print, and two rounds of revisions are included in the initial quote. I want you to love everything.

    Just a heads up though - extra revisions beyond that will incur an additional fee.

  • I absolutely welcome any information that will help me to create your stationery - this can include things like colour palettes for your day, any important emblems or features you’d like included. I’d love to see your wedding mood board if you have one!

    Whilst you’re welcome to send me examples of stationery you’ve seen elsewhere, I would only use this for an idea of the feel you’re after for your stationery and wouldn’t ever reproduce work by another artist. I hope that you’ll be wanting to work with me for my own style and this authenticity is important to me.
